Business Support Fund – Extension
To support businesses impacted by these restrictions, one-off grants will be made available to eligible businesses under the Victorian Government Business Support Fund – Expansion program:
Businesses which have already received a Business Support Fund – Expansion grant of $5,000, or have applied for one, will not need to re-apply. Successful applicants will automatically receive this additional allocation of $5,000.
This program is in addition to the first round of the Business Support Fund, which closed on 1 June 2020.

ATO Lodgement and Payment Deferrals

JobKeeper Payments of $1,500
Available to all businesses including sole traders who will experience a downturn for the months of August and September.
We can enrol this month to receive your first payment in the first week of September. For those who are not already enrolled please contact our office if you require assistance. Enrolment can be done through your MyGov or ATO Business Portal or we can enrol on your behalf.
JobKeeper Payments from September Onwards
The payment rate of $1,500 per fortnight for eligible employees and business participants will be reduced to $1,200 per fortnight from 28 September 2020 and to $1,000 per fortnight from 4 January 2021. From 28 September 2020, lower payment rates will apply for employees and business participants that worked fewer than 20 hours per week.
From 28 September 2020, businesses and not-for-profits will be required to reassess their eligibility with reference to their actual GST turnover in the September 2020 quarter.
